Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex repair issues. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in customers' homes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus. Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in the repair industry.
