About the OpportunityPin Placements is building relationships with accomplished Directors of Agronomy, Golf Course Superintendents, and senior agronomy leaders interested in current and future executive-level opportunities with premier private clubs, resorts, and golf communities throughout South Florida.
We are particularly interested in connecting with proven leaders who have managed complex, high-end golf course operations and are ready for positions with responsibility extending beyond daily course maintenance into agronomic strategy, people leadership, budgeting and capital planning, construction and renovation, environmental stewardship, and the overall member experience.

Competitive candidates will generally bring:
Experience with warm-season turfgrass, South Florida growing conditions, irrigation and water management, environmental stewardship, and high-end private club operations is particularly valuable.
A bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, Golf Course Management, or a related discipline is preferred for many opportunities. Appropriate pesticide licensing and relevant professional certifications may be required depending on the position.
