This candidate will be responsible for digitizing some files in the BEL office via scanning. They will also assist with scanning incoming mail. Since it is a small office other duty may include printing, tidying the office and light meeting set-up. The hiring manager is looking for someone who can work independently and has experience working in a legal office environment. They will not have direct supervision so the ability to communicate is also important. Physical requirements include lifting banker boxes (~40lbs) and moving throughout an office. Equipment used includes desktop scanner, copy machine, coffee machine. Parking is compensated in Bellevue office. not in Seattle office. Seattle costs $22/day. ORCA card given after start of employment.
Driving: No. There are two locations, however, the worker will not be asked to relocate mid-shift. We are looking for a candidate that could potentially work out of our Bellevue and Seattle offices. Driving is not required but may be useful. They will not transport anything work related; it would only be for commute.
